Digital purchases cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed. All sales are final on downloadable purchases and other digital items. No refunds, merchandise credits, or exchanges will be offered for these items.

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for mistaken purchases. Videos, photos or detailed descriptions are provided to give an accurate representation of each product. Please review this information carefully before making a purchase.

How do I access my Digital Purchases?

• Downloadable files will be available once your payment has completed. You can download your file from this website immediately after purchase. It will also be delivered via email to the email address you entered at the time of purchase. Click the name of the file to download it.

Missing Emails

On occasion, some friends have difficulty locating their emailed receipt. If you cannot locate your order email, please check your spam, promotions or junk folders before emailing us for assistance as this will be the first step that we suggest.

On occasion, some friends enter their email address incorrectly or with a typo which renders their order receipt undeliverable. Please double check that your email is accurate before completing your order.

Will your Digital products work with my device?

All purchases are PDF files which can be opened with with any PDF reader. PDF readers are available for free from Adobe, Foxit, and other software companies. If you do not have a PDF reader, you can download one from the Internet. PDF files can be viewed on computers, smartphones, and other devices.

We are not responsible for system compatibility issues, computer or device issues & cannot offer support for individual issues relating to your personal device.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-sub-licensable license to access and use these Products for your personal use only. Such license is subject to these Terms and does not include:
